Welcome! I am glad you’re here.
First, schedule a ZOOM INTAKE ($60) below. This is a deep dive into your whole health history, and review of findings. We will ask each other a lot of questions and get clear on the path forward, creating a treatment plan together. This is the foundation of all of our future work together.
Then, schedule your VISIT ($92) to take place within a few days of that meeting, at the office.

To cancel or reschedule, simply click the yellow button on your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time incur the full fee for your missed session.

COVID-19 PRACTICES 2024
All patients must be vaccinated against COVID-19. As a health care provider, Carrie has been fully vaccinated since the beginning of February, 2021 and has had all available boosters.
In the treatment room, masks are optional. As always, the treatment table will be cleaned between each patient. Bring a light-weight scarf if you run cold. An IQ Health Pro hospital grade air purifier will be running in each room at intervals and on request.
